This policy describes how information may be collected and used when you visit www.radphysicsusa.com (the “Site”). RadPhysics USA LLC (“we,” “us”) provides health physics consulting and related information through the Site. This is a general notice for visitors; it is not legal advice for your organization—consult qualified counsel for regulatory or contractual privacy obligations.
The Site is primarily informational. Optional fields in the contact helper are composed in your browser and sent only when you choose to open your own email application; we do not receive those fields through a server-side form on the Site unless we separately agree to a different channel in writing.
If enabled, we may use a privacy-oriented analytics service (such as Plausible Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic—for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors move through the Site. These tools are configured to avoid advertising cookies and to minimize personally identifying data. Exact data categories depend on the provider’s current documentation.
When you use the email draft helper, the Site may load Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. That interaction is subject to Cloudflare’s policies. Verification requests to our host may process a one-time token; message content you type in the helper is not stored by our Site as part of that check.
The “Clinical Tools” area may embed www.hptoolkit.org in a frame. When you use that workspace, the toolkit’s operator and policies govern information you enter there. Review that site’s terms and privacy notices for details beyond what this policy covers for the main Site shell.
We aim to keep cookies minimal. The Site may store a small value in browser local storage if you dismiss the analytics notice, so the banner does not reappear on the same device. Analytics providers may use their own storage consistent with their documentation when analytics is enabled.
The Site is served over HTTPS. Infrastructure (for example, Cloudflare Pages and related services) may process technical data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps as part of normal delivery and security operations.
The Site is intended for professional and institutional audiences, not for children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
